All cores must be returned within 10 business days of receipt in order to receive your core charge refund. You must use the provided label to return the core. The warranty will be void and the refund will not be issued if we do not receive the core within 20 days. In the event that you are located outside of the Contiguous U.S. you are responsible for return shipment (a return label will not be provided).
Please make sure all fluid has been drained from the core. We prefer for it to be wrapped in some type of plastic before placing it in the box.
All Valve bodies sold by WolfsburgTuning.com will come with a Lifetime Warranty. After the first year of its warranty the valve body must be sent back to us to be re-manufactured. Customer will assume no more than the amount for shipping.
