When will my order ship?
Most items will ship same day, but some items ship within 2-5 days. Please refer to the product page to know when that specific item will ship. Our Warehouse ships Monday-Friday from 9am-4pm EST. If you place an order after 4pm EST it will be shipped the following business day (excluding Holidays). Example: If you place an order Friday after 4pm EST and Monday is a holiday your order will ship Tuesday.
What if I need a part that is not listed on your website?
We do our best to list all products we have on hand. If you do not see the part you are looking for open a ticket with the VIN and we will send you a quote!
How do I use my store credit?
Log in to your account and add the item you wish to order to your cart and proceed to checkout. On the right hand side, under Order Review, you will see “store credit”. If you have an available store credit balance it will show the amount. Click “Use Store Credit” button to apply to your order.
Do you offer Military or Sensior discounts?
All of our parts are already discounted! Check back for special promotions and offers!
How do I return a core?
A UPS or USPS return label will be provided in the shipping box. Pack the core and drop it off at your nearest UPS or USPS store (depending on the selected carrier).
How do I open a return?
Log in to your account. In the “My Account” section click on “Returns > Create a New Return”. Orders that are eligible for returns will be displayed.
I entered the wrong shipping address upon checkout. What do I do?
Open a ticket and send us the correct address. Note: After 4pm EST, changes cannot be made and the order will be shipped with the address that was provided during checkout.
