Wolfsburg Tuning may revise these terms of service for its website at any time without notice. By using this website and/or creating an account you are agreeing to be held and accordance with the current version of these terms of service.Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by Wolfsburg Tuning without notice at any time, for any reason. The provisions relating to Copyrights, Trademark, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification and Miscellaneous, shall survive any termination.

Wolfsburg Tuning is not liable for any failure due to using aftermarket products

All product installations are at the customer’s own risk. Wolfsburg Tuning holds no responsibility either implied or otherwise for any mechanical, electrical or other failure when using aftermarket performance products. Some items sold by Wolfsburg Tuning are strictly for off-road or racing vehicles which may never be used upon a public street or highway. Wolfsburg Tuning reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders for which products are deemed illegal or otherwise unsafe.

Wolfsburg Tuning makes every effort to provide accurate material on its website. Wolfsburg Tuning cannot guarantee that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete or current (including, but not limited to; descriptions, photos, prices, compatibility, etc.). The customer is responsible for fitment verification before ordering. Wolfsburg Tuning is not responsible for orders being held for products not in stock. The customer is responsible for verifying the item(s) are in stock before ordering. Wolfsburg Tuning may make changes to the materials contained on its website at any time without notice.

Damages due to use or inability to use materials on Wolfsburgtuning.com

Wolfsburg Tuning will not be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Wolfsburg Tuning website, even if notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

Warranty requests for OEM and Genuine parts

All OEM and Genuine products must be installed by a certified dealership or licensed repair facility in order for the product warranty to be valid. The manufacturer may request to inspect and test the product. Wolfsburg Tuning recommends retaining any receipts/invoices in the event that you need to request a warranty.

Customs fees (duties/taxes)

Wolfsburg Tuning does not cover shipping, duties, taxes or any form of custom fees for items outside the United States. The customer will be responsible for shipping fees to return the item if an item is returned for warranty and is found to be in proper working condition.

Payments and Security (US and international) 

We accept all major credit cards. We use Paypal as our secure checkout partner. Paypal offers purchase protection around the globe. They process 25 currencies in over 200 markets to make sending and spending simple and secure. Wolfsburg Tuning is not liable for refund amounts affected by a change in currency exchange rates. The return policy will retain the original order value in USD at time or purchase. Regardless of the order amount in USD, the amount to be refunded to international customers will fluctuate based on current exchange rates, since only the US dollar amount will remain the same.

Return Policy

Wolfsburg Tuning strives to provide incomparable customer service. We accept returns on unused, unopened, unmodified products within 30 days of package delivery date. The customer is eligible for a refund to the original payment method if the return is made within 30 days. All returns MUST be returned in the original box with the original packing material, packing slip, etc. We are NOT responsible for returned items being lost or damaged during transit. To start the return process, log in to your account and fill out a Return Request Form. Once the request has been approved you will receive a RMA number and /or a return shipping label. All returns will have a 15% restocking fee and a shipping fee applied. Both fees will be deducted from the refund amount. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Returns without a Wolfsburgtuning return shipping label and/or RMA number will NOT, under any circumstances, be accepted nor will it be processed.

Starting the Return Process

Fill out a Return Request Form to receive a RMA number. Once the form has been approved you will receive an email with the RMA number and a shipping label to return the item(s). The customer assumes shipping costs of the returned item(s). Shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.

Store Credit

Refunds will not be refundable after 30 days. You will receive a store credit that is valid for only one year. Shipping cost and a restocking fee will apply.

How long do I have to return my item(s)?

All returns MUST be received within 14 days (US orders) and 21 days (International Orders) from the day Wolfsburg Tuning was first notified. Any items received after the time frame may not be eligible for a full refund.

Exchanges

For exchanges that are a customer error, the customer will assumes shipping fees. For exchanges that are a Wolfsburg Tuning error, we will waive the shipping costs. All exchanges require a Return Request Form.

Missing or Damaged Items

Open all packages immediately to confirm no items are damaged and/or missing. If items are missing and/or damaged please log in to your account and fill out a Return Request Form. Make sure to upload any photos to help process this request in a timely manner.

Warranty Policy

Wolfsburg Tuning offers a one year warranty on all of our products except on brake components (brake pads, rotors, etc), clutch components (flywheels, pressure plates, etc), electrical components (sensors, switches, bulbs, etc), and tools.

Wolfsburg Tuning is not responsible for any damages or costs incurred of any kind (indirectly or directly) in relation to products sold by Wolfsburg Tuning, including labor or product coverage. Products that may have been damaged or lost as a result of a faulty product will not be replaced by Wolfsburg Tuning under any circumstances.

All returns MUST be returned in the original box with the original packing material, packing slip, etc. The product must be sent to us to be tested before determining if it qualifies as a warranty. All products returned for warranty inspection are subject to testing within our company. Wolfsburg Tuning does not guarantee that any product(s) will be warrantied until this process has been complete.

Products not covered under Warranty

Wolfsburgtuning will not accept the product as a warranty if found the product was used against the suggested use of the product by the manufacturer. The product must NOT be modified in any way. Brake components (brake pads, rotors, etc), clutch components (flywheels, pressure plates, etc), electrical components (sensors, switches, bulbs, etc), and tools are also not covered. Lifetime Warranty

The product  will not be covered if the product is no longer on the market, becomes unavailable, or if Wolfsburg Tuning no longer stocks that item. Wolfsburg Tuning will not issue a return or store credit for any product which had failed during the product’s warranty.

Defective Item(s)

Log in to your account and submit a Warranty Request Form. Once the form has been approved you will receive an email with the RMA number and a shipping label to return the item(s). The customer assumes shipping costs of the returned item(s). Shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount. You may choose to purchase a new product while the product originally purchased undergoes testing.

OEM and Genuine Parts

Shipping

Wolfsburg Tuning provides free same day shipping in the Contiguous US if placed by 2:00pm EST. Items with the “Free Shipping” logo will be shipped standard and may take up to 5-7 days. If you need your items sooner, you are able to upgrade shipping at checkout. Shipping charges may vary depending on the weight of your order, zip code, and how quickly you need your order. The customer is responsible for fitment verification before ordering. Wolfsburg Tuning is not responsible for orders being held for products not in stock at time of purchase. The customer is responsible for verifying the item(s) are in stock before ordering. Free Shipping or discounted shipping promotions are exclusive to continental U.S. and limit to a dimensional size or weight. Wolfsburg Tuning reserves the right to revoke or deny free or discounted shipping to any order. Wolfsburg Tuning may remove the free or discounted shipping offer at any given time prior and post to order placement.

All purchases of physical items from Wolfsburg Tuning are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. If you have not received your package, please contact the carrier using the tracking number given by Wolfsburg Tuning. We recommend to get shipping insurance in which you are able to request at checkout.

Wolfsburg Tuning will not offer an option to choose a preferred carrier and reserves the right to ship your order using an alternate shipping method. Please be aware we are obligated, by contract, to ship certain items using certain methods in order to keep shipping costs as low as possible for our customers.

For International orders, you may be charged with duties (taxes) on your order. Your local customs agency will charge you in accordance with your local laws. Wolfsburg Tuning does not have control over duties (taxes) that may be charged after shipping. It is the responsibility of the customer to review and understand these taxes when ordering. For more information, contact your local customs department. Wolfsburg Tuning is allowed to make certain accommodations for our international customers. Please be aware you, as the customer, are accepting liability if the package and/or items are lost or damaged in transit. International shipments that are not delivered or collected by the customer will be abandoned. No reshipment will be made and no refunds will be given.

Cancellation of Orders

Wolfsburg Tuning reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at any time without notice. For example: products not in stock, inaccurate product description or pricing information, issues identified by our Credit and Fraud Prevention Department, insufficient funds for shipping, etc. In most cases Wolfsburg Tuning will contact you prior to your order being cancelled. If your order is canceled for any reason or additional information is required you are able to contact us over the phone to re-order. If the contact information is invalid we reserve the right to cancel an order. If you decide to cancel an order that has an authorized payment status, please contact our customer service department.
