Warranty

WolfsburgTuning offers a one year warranty on all of our products except on brake components (brake pads, rotors, etc), clutch components (flywheels, pressure plates, etc), electrical components (sensors, switches, bulbs, etc), and tools. WolfsburgTuning  is not responsible for any damages or costs incurred of any kind (indirectly or directly) in relation to products sold by Wolfsburg Tuning, including labor or product coverage. Products that may have been damaged or lost as a result of a faulty product will not be replaced by Wolfsburg Tuning under any circumstances.

All products sold by WolfsburgTuning MUST be installed by a certified dealership or licensed repair facility to qualify for a warranty. WolfsburgTuning may require all receipts and/or invoices from time of installation. The product must be sent to us to be tested before determining if it qualifies as a warranty. All products returned for warranty inspection are subject to testing within our company. WolfsburgTuning does not guarantee that any product(s) will be warrantied until this process has been complete. The product will be returned to the customer if the warranty claim is denied. All returns MUST be returned in the original box with the original packing material, packing slip, etc. Customer assumes returned shipping.

Starting the Warranty Process

To request a Warranty sign in to My Account. Once logged in go to “Orders” tab and select the product(s) you wish to request for a warranty. You will need to fill out a Warranty Request Form in order to receive a RMA number. Once the form has been approved you will receive an email with the RMA number and a shipping label to return the product(s). The customer assumes shipping costs of the returned item(s). Products not covered under Warranty

WolfsburgTuning will not accept the product as a warranty if found the product was used against the suggested use of the product by the manufacturer. The product must NOT be modified in any way. Brake components (brake pads, rotors, etc), clutch components (flywheels, pressure plates, etc), electrical components (sensors, switches, bulbs, etc), and tools are also not covered.  Suspension compressors are not covered if the suspension air bags (springs) are not replaced at the same time the suspension compressor is installed. AC compressors are not covered if the expansion valve and drier are not replaced at the same time of AC compressor installation. Lifetime Warranty

The product will not be covered if the product is no longer on the market, becomes unavailable, or if Wolfsburg Tuning no longer stocks that item. Wolfsburg Tuning will not issue a return or store credit for any product which had failed during the product’s warranty.
Valve Bodies After the first year of its warranty the valve body must be sent back to us to be re-manufactured. Customer will assume no more than the amount for shipping.

Defective Item(s)

Log in to your account and submit a Warranty Request Form. Once the form has been approved you will receive an email with the RMA number and a shipping label to return the item(s). The customer assumes shipping costs of the returned item(s). Shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount. You may choose to purchase a new product while the product originally purchased undergoes testing.

OEM and Genuine Parts

All OEM and Genuine products must be installed by a certified dealership or licensed repair facility in order for the product warranty to be valid. The manufacturer may request to inspect and test the product. WolfsburgTuning recommends retaining any receipts/invoices in the event that you need to request a warranty.
